Kikyo Blue Speckled Japanese Morning Glory

Unique little 2.5 to 3 inch speckled blue Kikyo Flowers. Basil-like variegated leaves are a plus for this cultivar. Kiyo Japanese Morning Glory is a small vine and doesn't get big like other Ipomoea nil. Which makes this a great one to grow in a hanging basket to be adorned. Nonetheless it will surely climb a trellis.
