Yellow Trumpet Vine (Campsis radicans)
Lovely golden trumpet-shaped clusters of flowers. Planted over 15 years ago and I have not found it to grow outside of where it was planted. Due to the nature of this species and ability to spread through runners and seeds. Although it has gotten considerably large. It bursts forth its flowers all summer long. These seeds are from the plant shown in the pictures. It does attract pollinators as also seen in the picture. 🐝 A vigorous North American native, award-winning Campsis radicans f. flava (Yellow Trumpet Vine) is a self-clinging woody climber with particularly showy, golden-yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers, 3 in. long (8 cm).
